He explained what had to be fixed on my car and he said he’ll keep in touch with me as we go along. The adjuster wasn’t there at the time but that’s all right. I was able to leave the car and then they set up the enterprise came to pick me up and get me a Rent-A-Car so I wouldn’t be inconvenience for a week. Right from the beginning when I walked in the door, there was a young lady work behind the counter I think her name was Susan. She’s actually beautiful by the way, and she was very pleasant.
